Each month a series of email blasts, blogs, post cards and other marketing material are made available to our licensees. These services are optional and for a small fee can be customized for each licensee. Some of the marketing messages will be sales orientated to increase sales while others will be designed to encourage usage by highlighting the wellness and lifestyle benefits of hot tubs along with providing enhanced education on proper maintenance.

​ECL does not have any access to your database so all email blasts and mailings are done by the licensee. ECL does provides the template for Email Blasts and other marketing material along with the support to customize it for the licensee to send. ECL with also assist licensees on approved mailing companies to utilize.

The most important asset owned by any hot tub retailer or service organization is their data base of customers.
