SAVES YOU MONEY
Our patented VacuSeal Cover & Lifter vacuum seals the cover to your hot tub. This eliminates costly heat loss, along with helping to prevent water evaporation, and changes in your water’s chemistry. Here’s how it works:
WE ELIMINATE THE #1 HEAT LOSS AREA
Each side of the cover squeezes together eliminating the 1.5” gap found on all traditional covers that causes heat loss and ice build-up, even when a spacer is installed.
OUR BOTTOM HINGE SEALS
COVER TO SPA
Our patented tight fitting bottom hinge design (versus a top hinge on all other covers) allows for a full perimeter seal of the cover to your spa.
CREATING A PRESSURIZED
Our lifter mechanism includes a unique “Reverse Pneumatic Technology” that applies a downward pressure on the cover, helping to form a perfect vacuum seal.
THE VACUSEAL LASTS LONGER THAN TRADITIONAL COVERS
Traditional covers require a wide space at the center where most of the heat is lost. The more expensive upgraded covers (as shown) actually install a spacer, which helps, but doesn’t correct the problem. Plus, many competitive pneumatic lifters pull up on the cover, increasing heat loss along with limiting the life of your cover.
VACUSEAL EXTENDS YOUR COVERS LIFE
Each VacuSeal Cover comes with a patented slit in the external skirt allowing for the attachment of our patented clamping system. This unique rubber padded clamp allows you to raise and lower your cover without damaging the hinge or the interior foam core. VacuSeal Covers are designed to last more than twice as long as Traditional Covers.
CONVERTS TO A CANOPY
For those who have a need or a desire to use their spa in the rain or snow, or for those seeking protection from the harmful rays of the sun, the VacuSeal provides the only simple solution. Simply lift one side of the cover, attach our optional steel support system, and within seconds, nearly 50% of your spa is protected. Also provides additional privacy.
IMPROVES YOUR VIEW
When we originally designed the VacuSeal Cover we never realized how important this feature would become. Customers who have owned hot tub covers prior to using a VacuSeal have stated this is one of their most appreciated features of our product. Often the most celebrated results of a new idea are only learned once it is put into use. Needless to say, we are quite pleased to receive the unexpected accolades of our customers.
VIEW IN A VACUSEAL
The VacuSeal Cover opens inwardly so that you’re always facing the attractive exterior side of the cover which is easily cleaned and not directly exposed to chemical damage.
VIEW IN A TRADITIONAL SPA
Every other cover folds over and up so that the user is facing the gray underside which within quickly becomes stained by the off gasses of the spa chemicals.
VARIETY OF CHOICES
MARINE GRADE VINYL
Every VacuSeal Cover comes standard with the highest grade vinyl in the cover industry. Unlike most competitors our vinyl is on average 20% thicker and we use expensive plasticizers to preserve the look, feel, and durability of our exterior cover material.

Weather Shield Upgrade
Weather Shield is a polyester fabric designed for harsh outdoor climates and is commonly used on outdoor umbrellas and patio furniture. It provides your cover a more elegant appearance but is only available in 3 colors: Grey, Black, & Brown. Weather Shield in environmentally superior to vinyl, is 3 times stronger, making it more durable, and most importantly weighs 25% less than vinyl making the cover easier to remove and replace.
BEST BUILT COVER
All covers may look the same but how they are constructed and the types of material utilized determines the life of your cover.
VacuSeal Covers come with a Full 3 Year Warranty that is NOT pro-rated!
CUSTOM BUILT TO ORDER
Every VacuSeal Cover is custom built from a computerized CAD drawing. Plus, your cover comes with a serial number so when it needs to be replaced it can be built identically to your original order without you needing to measure or remember the color.
Unlike most competitors that utilize templates, VacuSeal forms every exterior skin with computer driven cutting machines from CAD drawings, providing a perfect cut and perfect fit on every cover built.
20% THICKER VINYL
Though all marine grade vinyl covers visually appear similar, VacuSeal includes expensive plasticizers so our vinyl has a negative 20 degree cold crack rating along with stabilized pigments tested to 1500 UV hours making our vinyl resistant to mildew, fungus, oil, sulfide, and salt water staining. The result is an exterior cover that retains its beauty and is easily cleaned with soap and water.
STEEL REINFORCED CORE
All our interior cores are constructed of the highest grade virgin foam (no regrind) that contains no CFC’s or HFC’s and includes a galvanized steel reinforcement. To prevent from water absorption every core is wrapped in 6 ml plastic (twice the thickness of most competitors) and sealed using an Impulse Heat Sealer that provides the right combination of temperature, pressure, and timing. Most competitors utilize hand held sealers and merely tape the ends.
WE STITCH IT TWICE
Every VacuSeal Cover is double stitched with 40 points of reinforcement providing a product that will withstand the abuse of extreme inclement weather. The underside of our cover comes with a 12 oz reinforced vinyl scrim providing the best resistance available to the chemical fumes rising from your water’s surface.
HANDLES THAT LAST
Constructed of durable nylon webbing with five layers of internal reinforcement along with additional stitching helps provide our customers with handles that will last longer and retain their original beauty for many years to come.
THE HIDDEN ZIPPER
Our zippers allow you to change the color and/or material of the cover exterior if you move your hot tub. The zipper pull is neatly tucked away in its own pocket providing a more attractive look. This and the use of YKK#7 material that is corrosion resistant protects the zipper.
When ordering your VacuSeal cover you can custom select a skirt length that will both protect the acrylic coping of your spa along with the top rail (included on some cabinets) of your hot tub.
